Making the decision to hire someone is scary. Actually hiring someone to create your website is even more scary because you're letting them into your business.

Hi I'm Jacquie! I'm a website designer who specializes in websites for private practice therapists across Canada. If the reason you don't have a website is because you're nervous about hiring someone, please have a read through my process - knowing more about it can make it less scary.

1. Consult Call

We start with a free, no-pressure video call to discuss your goals, ideal clients, and the vision for your website. This is where I learn about your practice and your needs, and you learn about me and how we can work together.

2. Proposal & Agreement

After the call, I’ll send you a customized proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and pricing (using HoneyBook). Once you approve, you’ll sign an agreement and pay a deposit to secure your spot.

3. Kickoff Call!

We’ll have another video call where we’ll talk about the content I need to bring your website to life, design preferences, goals, ideal clients, etc. This includes your brand elements, photos and written content (or I can connect you with a copywriter/our Build-A-Brand package).

4. Design and Build

This is the fun part! Using Squarespace (or sometimes Wix), I create your custom, mobile-friendly website, including features like scheduling tools, contact forms, etc. 

5. Feedback and Edits

Once the initial design is complete, you’ll have two rounds of edits to ensure the site aligns with your vision - your feedback is valued! Feedback is collected through email, structured feedback questionnaire or video call - it’s your choice!

6. Launch and Tutorial

After final approval, your website is ready to launch! You’ll receive a custom video tutorial to help you confidently manage and update your site (if you choose to).

7. Post-Launch Support

Even after your site goes live, I’m here to help! Whether you have a couple questions or your looking for occasional updates, never hesitate to reach out!
