What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Once you submit your inquiry, I'll review the details you've shared about your business, your goals, and what you're looking for help with. If it looks like we could be a good fit, I'll be in touch with the next steps, which may include booking a call to discuss your project in more detail. From there, we'll work through the proposal, contract, and project details before getting started.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's completely fine. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Tell me a little about your business, what's working, what's not, and what you'd like to improve. I'll help you work out which service makes the most sense for your needs, whether that's a new website, SEO, branding, or improvements to your existing site.
Do I need to have everything ready before contacting you?
No! You can reach out while you're still figuring things out. It's helpful to have a general idea of your goals, but you don't need a finished plan before starting a conversation. If we decide to work together, I'll guide you through the information and materials you'll need to prepare before your project begins.
What are your payment terms? Do you offer payment plans?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal and agreement. I also offer payment plans for all services, so you can spread the cost over time. Your payment schedule will be confirmed before we get started, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
