How much does a website for a therapist cost?

Website design starts at $2,200 for a one-page website. Multi-page website projects are priced according to the size and scope of the site, with website design packages ranging from $3,800 to $6,000 for 2–10 pages. Custom pricing may apply when a project falls outside those standard packages.

What does your website design process look like?

Every project starts with a kickoff call where we review your goals, website needs, project materials, and proposed timeline. Once I have everything I need from you, I move through the design process in stages: the first draft, your feedback, revisions, final design, SEO and mobile optimization, and launch. I keep the process collaborative and organized so you know what is happening at each stage.

How long does a website project take?

The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project, how quickly materials and feedback are provided, and the amount of design and SEO work involved. Before work begins, I'll provide a proposed timeline and we'll agree on the project schedule during your kickoff process.

Do I need to provide my own website copy?

Yes. Your website copy needs to be finalized before website design begins unless you've arranged separate copy support. I don't provide traditional copywriting or ongoing copy development as part of a website design project. Once your copy is ready, I'll organize and implement it as part of the website design and SEO process.

I offer SEO and website optimization for existing Squarespace and Wix websites. Depending on what your site needs, I can review and improve elements such as page structure, headings, metadata, URLs, internal links, image optimization, accessibility, and other on-page SEO factors. The goal is to identify what is holding your website back and make practical improvements rather than making changes just for the sake of SEO.

What does a website need to rank on Google?

There isn't one single factor that makes a website rank. Effective SEO involves making sure search engines can understand your website and that your content is useful and relevant to the people you're trying to reach. Depending on the site, this can include keyword-focused content, page structure, headings, metadata, internal links, image optimization, accessibility, technical SEO, location information, and other signals that help search engines understand what your business offers.

How long does SEO take to work?

SEO doesn't have a guaranteed timeline. How quickly you see changes depends on factors such as the age and authority of your website, the competitiveness of your search terms, the quality of the existing site, and what improvements are made. SEO is generally an ongoing process rather than a one-time change that produces immediate results.

Can a therapist build their own website and still get good SEO?
